Subject	why do jspec tail lights look slightly different lens wise?

Message	I have had this question on my mind for while. What makes them shimmer or rather look like they are reflecting light from the inside of the outside lens. I at one point thought it was b/c the plastic is new and reflects more light, but i think its made different.
